Due to sanitation safety (including but not limited to Covid-19 & hygiene issues etc.), we currently do not offer returns or exchanges on Wigs or Hair Extensions. These items are final sale!

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
